Initial Consultation
After the initial consultation, both counsellors and you decide if the fit is right. If either decide that you would be better helped by another professional or method of intervention, we can recommend alternative services and providers. The length and price of the initial consultation depends on the type of session you booked.
Cancellation Policy
Under most circumstances, sessions will be charged at full price when cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. This can be discussed with your counsellors at your initial consultation.
Health Insurance
Please take note that the counsellors are not part of the German statutory health insurance system and you will therefor have to pay them privately.

In Case of Emergency
For patients with acute suicidal tendencies counselling is not adequate. In this case a stationary treatment in a psychiatric hospital is necessary. The same applies in case of an acute psychotic episode. Please contact below:
